Design individualized programs to meet the participant's interests, abilities, and goals.**Minimum Requirements*** Must be at least 15 years old.* American Red Cross WSI certification.* Must have a strong swim background.* Proficiency in all swim strokes.Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test. Compensation: $18 - $22/hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
