Job summary

IsoNova is seeking a capable team member to operate and monitor egg processing equipment, including washing and sanitizing. The role requires precise logging, adherence to safety and quality standards, and collaboration with maintenance to resolve issues.

• Experience operating processing equipment is preferred.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate processing equipment to separate liquid egg from shell.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation, run CIP on equipment.
• Monitor pumps, silos, triple tubes and other production gear.
• Log information on computer and complete paperwork as required.
• Prioritize safety and quality in all tasks.
• Clear equipment stoppages/jams and assist maintenance as needed.
• Assist with minor adjustments and maintenance tasks as trained.
• Back trailers into unloading bays and manage loading/unloading duties.
• Help train new associates with emphasis on teamwork and company objectives.
• Communicate issues or hazards clearly to supervision and stay connected with plant staff.
