Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years NCAA wrestling experience; Division I experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of NCAA, Ivy League and Brown rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Organize day-to-day operations of the wrestling program.
• Assist Head Coach in planning, development and promotion of a championship Ivy League program.
• Plan and coordinate team travel and scheduling; ensure compliance with NCAA/Ivy League policies.
• Maintain high standards of ethical conduct and compliance with university policies.
