Qualifications

• Plan, organize, and conduct daily practices and lead the team during competitions.
• Teach fundamental and advanced skills, conditioning, and game strategy.
• Ensure safety of student-athletes during practices, games, and travel.
• Monitor academic progress and conduct, prioritizing academics over athletics.
• Maintain clear communication with parents, staff, and administration.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and conduct daily practices and lead the team during competitions.
• Teach skills and conditioning to optimize performance and reduce injury risk.
• Ensure safety of student-athletes during practices, games, and travel.
