Responsibilities

• Teach and coach wrestling fundamentals and techniques to student-athletes.
• Inspire and motivate students to achieve their best on the mat and in the classroom.
• Communicate effectively with administration, staff, students, and booster clubs.
• Support conditioning and weight training coordination for student-athletes.
• Provide supervision before, during, and after practices and meets.
• Promote West High School programs and participate in MTSS initiatives.
