Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of experience operating production machinery.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must lift up to 70 pounds and work in temperatures ranging from 30°F to 100°F.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, adjust, and tear down equipment to run assigned products while keeping equipment ready for production.
• Maintain proper operating speeds to maximize efficiency and meet daily/weekly/monthly goals.
• Monitor KPIs and report on operational performance.
• Collaborate with the Line Coordinator and production team for efficient line operation and product flow.
• Perform minor repairs and adjustments to maintain product quality and standards.
• Train and support other operators on equipment operation and safety procedures as needed.
• Maintain a clean work area and adhere to 6S, GMP, food safety, quality, and Tyson policies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to promote teamwork and attendance.
• Produce quality products at an efficient rate following written and verbal instructions.
