Lutheran Social Services of SD is seeking a Wraparound Program Manager to lead the Wraparound/Family Stabilization team, ensuring children, youth, and families receive coordinated, family-driven support.
The role includes guiding Family Team Conferences, supervising casework, and partnering with community resources to sustain program growth. Travel may be required; licensure in social work is preferred.

The Wraparound program puts the family’s voice, strengths, and choices at the center of care. In this role, you’ll work directly with youth and families, bringing people and resources together to help them identify solutions and reach their goals.
Full-Time, 40 hours per week, occasional evenings as needed.
Exempt. Dependent on experience and qualifications.
Travel is required. Mileage reimbursement.

As the Wraparound Program Manager, you will provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to the Wraparound/Family Stabilization team while helping ensure children, youth, and families receive coordinated, family-driven support.
Your day may include supporting staff with complex cases, co‑facilitating Family Team Conferences, providing crisis consultation, and collaborating with community partners. You will also help guide the overall success of the program through strategic planning, budget oversight, program reporting, and identifying resources to support program sustainability.
You will build strong relationships with community and program partners, represent LSS in the community, and ensure staff have the support and guidance needed to successfully serve children, youth, and families. Occasional evening consultation and crisis stabilization support may also be needed.
Candidates must possess or be eligible to obtain licensure as a Social Worker or Social Work Associate through the South Dakota Board of Social Work Examiners. Obtaining and maintaining licensure is a requirement of this position. Guidance through the licensure process will be provided by Lutheran Social Services of SD.
