Job summary

The Help Group is seeking a Wraparound Facilitator to support adolescents, adults and families facing mental health and social-emotional challenges. The role involves conducting assessments, forming Child and Family Teams, and coordinating partnerships with community liaisons within Wraparound programs.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree (preferred) with experience in community-based social services, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology, MFT, or Social Work with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred with 1 year in a community-based social service program working with emotionally disturbed clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work with 3 years of experience in wraparound or related settings.
• Familiarity with family-centered, strengths-based services and group facilitation.
• Fluency in Spanish highly preferred; valid California Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments, develop Child and Family Teams and facilitate partnerships, strategies and interventions to engage families with the Wraparound teams and community liaisons.
• Facilitators will also identify needs, facilitate Team Meetings, ensure the development of Child and Family Plans, and design and monitor strategies to ensure participation, compliance and cross-system collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Master's degree is preferred with a minimum of one year of experience in a community-based social service program working with emotionally disturbed children and adults
• M inimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work is required with 3 years of experience working with high-risk children/youth in either child welfare, probation or mental health systems in Wraparound
• Familiarity with principles of family-centered, strengths-based services and group facilitation
• Knowledge of the local community
• Fluency in Spanish high preferred.
• Valid California Driver’s License

The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of Help Group. Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, professional and academic experience, certification, training, responsibilities of the position, and other business and organizational needs.
