Job summary

Indiana Professional Management Group, Inc. is seeking a Wrap Facilitator to serve Knox County, Indiana, balancing remote work with on-site community meetings. The role requires residency in Knox County and ability to travel within the county several times per week.

You'll help families build wraparound teams, create plans based on strengths, connect services, and lead regular wraparound meetings. A valid driver's license and a designated home office are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and at least 24 months of clinical, case management, skills building, child welfare, juvenile justice or education in a K-12 setting.
• Must reside within Knox County, Indiana and be able to travel for community meetings throughout the county.
• Valid driver's license with car insurance and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass thorough background screens.
• Designated home office with computer, internet service, and smartphone.

Let's talk about the Wrap Facilitator position!

This full-time, hybrid position combines remote work from your home office with travel of up to an hour and a half (1.5 hours) for community-based meetings several times a week. This position serves Knox County, and to accommodate required in-person meetings, applicants must reside within Knox County, Indiana. Candidates must be able to travel throughout the county as needed to attend community-based meetings.

What You'll Do:

• Help families develop their wraparound team made up of caring professionals, friends, and family
• Create a wraparound plan based on the strengths and needs of the family
• Help families access services and supports they need to meet their goals
• Facilitate regular community-based wraparound team meetings to review plan of care

Who You'll Work With:

• Wraparound facilitators work with emotionally and/or behaviorally challenged children and their families

Requirements

• A valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
• The ability to pass thorough background screens
• A BA/BS degree and at least 24 months of one of the following experiences: clinical, case management, skills building, child welfare, juvenile justice or education in a K-12 setting
• Designated home office setting with computer, internet service, and smart phone
