Job summary

Wisp Resort in McHenry, MD is hiring a Steward/Busser to support the front-of-house team and maintain a clean, inviting dining area.

Because of the nature of the resort business, employees may be asked to perform other duties outside of the job description. Also, hours of operation are 24/7 including weekends and holidays.*Specific Duties & Responsibilities: Level 1 - FB01* Clean tables, taking plates, utensils and drinkware to the kitchen to be washed, make sure diners’ water glasses are full, and reset tables for the next service.* If needed, help waitstaff bring food out to a table, restock utensils, napkins and other dining room needs.* Support team members in bringing guest needs to the attention of waitstaff.* Exhibits a passion for working with guests, team work and working well under pressure, well-groomed at all times, excellent organizational and public speaking skills.* Exhibits excellent communication skills, especially with answering guest questions about menu, Resort history, food standards and interior.* Exhibits ability to multi-task, prioritize and work with limited supervision in a team environment.## Qualifications## Qualifications:*Successful execution of this job requires an individual to satisfactorily perform each essential duty.
