• Washington Registered Nurse license required at hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required at hire
• WOCN certification within 2 years of hire
• Experience managing simple and complex wounds and ostomies

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients with ileostomies, colostomies and urinary diversions.
• Consult with patients with altered skin integrity including pressure ulcers and complex wounds.
• Collaborate with care teams to optimize wound healing and ostomy management.
