Job summary

The Wound Care Therapy Nurse at Providence Health Plan Group delivers specialized care for patients with complex draining wounds, fistulas or skin breakdown in ambulatory settings. She/he collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to plan interventions and adjust care to patient needs, while incorporating physiological, social and behavioral considerations.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Nursing, California RN license, BLS certification, and at least 3 years of direct acute care

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 3 years of Direct patient care experience in an acute care setting.
• Teaching experience or leadership skills.

Responsibilities
