Job summary

MarinHealth is seeking a Wound & Ostomy Care Specialist to coordinate interdisciplinary wound, skin, and ostomy care at MarinHealth Medical Center in Greenbrae, CA. The role requires an RN with strong leadership and collaboration to manage care plans and optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's preferred.
• 1 year of acute care or home health experience recommended.
• Must be RN at hire; Basic Life Support at hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interdisciplinary wound, skin, and ostomy care.
• Develop and implement care plans; evaluate outcomes.
• Educate nursing staff and manage patient care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to optimize outcomes.
• Oversee ostomy care planning and supplies for inpatient needs.
