Chase City Health & Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated Wound Nurse – LPN to join our full-time team in Virginia. You will assess and care for wounds, document care in EMR, and educate the clinical team on wound prevention and treatment.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions
• Current CPR Certification
• Certification as wound care nurse (preferred)
• One year of LPN experience (preferred)
• Long-Term/Rehab/Memory Care experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assess and care for wounds
• Educate clinical team on wound care and prevention
• Timely and accurately document resident care in EMR
