Job Openings:

1. Occupational Therapist
   • Must be licensed, certified, or registered in the state of practice.
   • Provide occupational therapy services within scope of practice.
   • Supervise and participate in various therapy techniques.
2. Billing/Collections Associate
   • Acts as a liaison between the facility and customers.
   • Maintains the integrity of the facility's billing processes.
3. Restorative Nursing Assistant
   • Provides restorative nursing programs within CNA scope.
   • Delegates and supervises therapy programs.
4. Nursing Positions (LPN/RN)
   • Full-time positions with a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
   • Wages range from $26-$35/hr based on experience and employment status.
   • Wound care certification paid by the facility.
5. CNA
   • Must have a valid CNA license.
   • Shifts available: 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am.
   • Assists with patient care and daily activities.
6. Truck Driver/Laundry Operator
   • Performs linen processing duties.
