About The Role:

You will support ConvaTec’s me+ Program by providing exceptional assistance to consumers, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and distributors through phone or online interactions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Focus on the US market, with occasional global inquiries
• Demonstrate broad clinical expertise, critical thinking, and judgment
• Build empathetic relationships with consumers and customers
• Ensure personal accountability and deliver superior customer service
• Assess consumer needs and develop results-oriented action plans
• Recommend products to enhance quality of life
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of ConvaTec products and market dynamics
• Engage with patients about ConvaTec products using strong selling skills
• Document complaints per FDA regulations and follow-up as needed
• Meet or exceed monthly efficiency goals
• Accurately operate computer-based contact management systems
• Ensure all interactions comply with guidelines and are well communicated
• Show warmth and compassion in all interactions
• Participate in team development and training
• Perform other duties as assigned

About You:

You should have broad healthcare knowledge, experience in communication via phone and internet, and demonstrate self-motivation, integrity, flexibility, and professionalism. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with diverse consumers are essential.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree and state Nursing license
• Triple WOC Nurse Certification
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in wound, ostomy, or continence care
• English and Spanish bilingual skills preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to the role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM applications
• Maintain WOC Nurse certification
