Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a skilled Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to provide wound care and treatment services, collaborating with the care team to improve resident outcomes.

You will perform dressing changes and wound assessments, document healing progress, communicate with physicians and families, educate staff on protocols, and assist with staffing to ensure continuous care.

Qualifications

• Active LVN or RN license in good standing with the state.
• Experience in wound care and treatment procedures preferred.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a team-centered environment.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to nursing.

Responsibilities

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments.
• Monitor and document healing progress of wounds, incisions, and skin concerns.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and families regarding care plans.
• Evaluate residents’ nutritional and hydration needs related to wound healing.
• Review lab results and respond to signs of infection.
• Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols.
• Assist with floor staffing as needed to ensure continuity of care.
