Job summary

RestorixHealth is seeking a Wound Care Registered Nurse to join our team. You will provide patient care using nursing theory and evidence-based practice, prioritizing actions based on patient needs and acuity.

Training will be provided to support success in wound care and integration with the care team. Qualified candidates will hold an RN license, have CPR certification, and possess or be pursuing a nursing degree as described.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing is required.
• RN license is required.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association is required.
• Wound care experience welcomed; on-the-job training provided.
• Billing and coding experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on nursing principles.
• Recognize changes in patient condition and intervene.
• Prioritize nursing actions based on acuity and outcomes.
• Implement physician orders accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families on wound care processes.
