Job summary

Deborah Heart and Lung Center in New Jersey seeks a skilled nurse to provide expert wound, ostomy, and continence care. You will analyze treatment effectiveness, collaborate with the care team, and support staff and physicians in delivering high-quality patient outcomes.

The role requires a valid NJ nursing license, BLS-C, and WOCN certification (preferred) with a minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience and 2+ years in ostomy/wound management.

Qualifications

• NJ State Nursing License and BLS-C certification; WOCN certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience; ostomy/wound management experience preferred.
• Graduate of accredited nursing program (diploma/associate/bachelor).

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical nursing support to staff and physicians in wound, ostomy and continence care.
• Critically analyze wound care regimens and interdisciplinary care plans to maximize outcomes.
• Collaborate with primary nursing staff to ensure appropriate patient care.
• Provide consultative supervision to physicians, nurses and other direct providers in wound management.
