Mattoon Rehab and Health is seeking a dedicated Wound Nurse (RN) to join our team. You will provide comprehensive wound care, assess wounds, and implement treatment plans for seniors in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state you practice.
• Prior wound care experience required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings.
• Professional image in appearance and behavior.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess wounds, create and implement treatment plans.
• Deliver safe, efficient, and effective wound care.
• Monitor infections and signs of infection; maintain wound cleanliness.
• Apply skin management program across the community.
