Job summary

Community Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN coverage at the North Wound Care Center. The RN will manage patient care in the wound clinic, handle initial assessments, dressings, and discharge instructions, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, cost-effective outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN, CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA accredited nursing school, or 3 years of related nursing experience.
• Licensed RN with Indiana license listed in the NLC.

Responsibilities

• Care for wounds greater than 30 days not healing properly as a direct care professional.
• Perform intakes, charting, discharges, instructions and dressings for wound care patients.
• Manage patient care across the healthcare continuum to achieve optimum outcomes with collaboration and resource management.
