Regency Hospital in Springdale, AR is seeking a Wound Care Nurse Registered Nurse (RN) to provide expert wound and skin care for critically ill patients. This PRN/Per Diem role offers flexible scheduling and orientation to integrate into our inpatient post-ICU team.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate's degree in Nursing with an active State RN license, BLS, and wound care training within 90 days. BSN is preferred. Join a compassionate team dedicated to superior patient outcomes.

Qualificações

• Must have AD in Nursing and 1 year related experience.
• Valid State RN License and BLS certification by start date.
• Wound care training must be completed within 90 days.

Responsabilidades

• Preserve skin integrity by implementing and monitoring skin preservation strategies.
• Ensure wound and skin care protocols are approved by medical staff.
• Organize weekly multidisciplinary wound/skin rounds for high-risk patients and those with current pressure ulcers.
• Provide hands-on wound care for difficult and non-healing wounds.
• Serve as a resource to hospital staff on wound/skin care.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
