Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of practice required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Dysrhythmia skills preferred.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess and care for assigned patients, designing an individualized plan of care.
• Provides patient/family education and ensures safety and quality of care.
• Maintains continuity of care by following physician orders and care plans.
• Delegates appropriately to CNA and student nurses in line with competence.
• Documents care and administers medications and IV therapy with attention to age-specific needs.
