Mercy is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care using the nursing process and to coordinate care across departments. The role emphasizes professional accountability and protection of patient rights and confidentiality.

Qualified candidates will have an accredited RN program graduate background and an active RN license in the hiring state or a compact license, with BLS and other unit-specific certifications as required.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• BLS certification, or successful completion within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, STABLE or similar unit-specific certifications may be required.
• Fetal Monitor Certification (C-EFM) or other unit certifications as required.

Responsabilidades

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for care provided to assigned patients.
• Evaluates overall effectiveness of care provided by direct caregivers.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of information.
