Job summary

Mercy in Oklahoma is seeking a registered nurse to provide patient care using the nursing process and maintain accountability for the care of assigned patients. You will evaluate care effectiveness, coordinate patient care with other departments, and safeguard patient rights and confidentiality in alignment with Mercy standards.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and an active RN license in the hiring state or a compact license, with BLS and ACLS certifications, and

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Must hold current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure for nursing duties performed.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and unit-specific certifications may be required (as listed).

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to provide patient care and maintains professional accountability for assigned patients.
• Evaluates overall effectiveness of care provided by direct caregivers.
• Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments and safeguards patient rights and confidentiality.
