Formación

• Oregon RN License required.
• AHA BLS certification within 30 days.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.

Responsabilidades

• Applies nursing process to direct patient care through assessment, analysis of data, planning and evaluation.
• Performs in-depth assessment of patients and plans for wound care needs.
• Provides care with physician guidance during clinic sessions.
• Delivers information and instruction to patient and family.
• Provides case management to Wound Care patients.
