Job summary

CHI Mercy Health in Oregon is seeking an RN to deliver compassionate, high-quality care across an interdisciplinary team. You will perform assessments, implement care plans, and document progress to achieve patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires an Oregon RN license, BLS, and completion of ACLS/PALS/ENPC/TNCC within specified timelines. Relocation and student loan repayment are offered as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Oregon RN license required.
• AHA BLS required.
• ACLS within 90 days of start.
• PALS within 6 months.
• ENPC within 6 months.
• TNCC within 12 months.
• 2400 hours of acute care nursing experience in last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Observe, collect and document patient data across biophysical, psychosocial, environmental and self-care domains.
• Analyze assessment findings and test results to guide nursing interventions.
• Implement age-appropriate care plans.
• Document patient data and progress toward outcomes and goals.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation of care.
