Progress West Hospital, part-time RN role focused on wound care, opened in 2007 as BJC HealthCare's newest hospital in St. Charles County. The role emphasizes high-quality patient care, professional development and ladder-based pay progression within a busy clinical setting.

The position supports a 7:30–16:30 schedule, with Mondays required and potential flexibility based on patient needs. EPIC experience is preferred and patient lifting and mobility are routine parts of the job.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma or associate degree required.
• RN licensure required.
• Wound care experience preferred.
• EPIC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and medications.
• Collaborate with interprofessional team to develop and adjust care plans.
• Monitor patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain thorough documentation of plans of care.
