Job summary

ProMedica Bay Park Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time daytime role in Oregon. The RN will coordinate patient care, assess needs, and partner with families and the care team to implement and evaluate care plans.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training.
• Specialty certifications as required by nursing units.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate each patient's plan of care with open communication and mutual respect.
• Assess and formulate nursing diagnoses; plan, implement and evaluate care outcomes.
• Collaborate with nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals.
• Improve patient care, work environment and staff satisfaction.
