Job summary

ProMedica is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) at Bay Park Hospital in Ohio. You will provide patient-centered care, assess care plans, and coordinate with patients, families, and the health care team to achieve optimal outcomes.

This role requires an active RN license in Ohio and current CPR. Continuing education hours per Ohio rules are required. The position is part-time with day shifts, within ProMedica’s wound care department.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training.
• Twenty-four contact hours of continuing education in Ohio nurse practice code and rules.

Responsibilities

• Assess and formulate a nursing diagnosis.
• Plan, implement and evaluate the care plan.
• Coordinate the patient's plan of care with patients, families, and health care team.
• Collaborate with fellow nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals.
