Job summary

ProMedica's Toledo Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for a part-time day shift. The RN will provide patient-centered care, coordinate plans of care, and collaborate with the care team to achieve quality outcomes.

Requirements include active RN license in Ohio, current CPR, and continuing education hours. The role emphasizes communication with patients and families, and ongoing assessment and evaluation of care.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training; specialty certifications as required by nursing units.
• Twenty-four contact hours of continuing education during licensure period; 1 hour related to Ohio nurse practice code.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care plan; assess, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Interact with patients, families and health care team through open communication and collaboration.
• Work with fellow nurses and staff to reach patient care goals and improve satisfaction.
• Contribute to improving patient care, work environment and staff satisfaction.
