• Proficiency with nursing process: assessment, planning, and evaluation of care.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to engage patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes and apply evidence-based practices.
• Applies nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team to influence outcomes.

• Maintains timely and accurate EHR documentation.
• May administer medications and therapies per clinical protocols.
