Job summary

Healogics, the nation’s leading wound care provider, is seeking an RN to deliver patient care in the Wound Care Center. You will manage intake and discharge, perform assessments, and collaborate with physicians to drive quality outcomes.

This role requires a current RN license in the state, ADN minimum (BSN preferred) and possible HBO exposure. You will join a team focused on compassionate care, safety, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice (required)
• BSN preferred
• Wound care certification preferred
• Wound care experience preferred
• ADN degree is required

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to Wound Care Center patients and manage intake and discharge per hospital standards
• Assist in vein clinic after HBO training
• May serve as Case Manager for a group of patients and coordinate care
• Perform initial nursing assessments and document care plans
• Perform HBO-related duties after hyperbaric training
• Collaborate with Wound Care Center Providers, the Program Director and Medical Director
• May act as Documentation Assistant (scribe) as needed
• Perform other duties as required
