Located in Lafayette, Colorado, at Good Samaritan Hospital, this on-site role requires a BSN (or commitment to obtain) and a current RN license with BLS.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice; compact licenses must transfer within 60 days.
• RNs with <12 months experience must obtain BSN within four years of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess: evaluate physical, social, and psychological status; gather input from patient, family, and team.
• Plan: develop an individual care plan with patient and family involvement.
