Job summary

Intermountain Health in Las Vegas is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in a Wound Care clinic. The role emphasizes nursing process, collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, and adherence to professional standards.

The position requires active RN licensure, BLS certification, and possible ACLS/PALS as required, with BSN preferred. It is a full-time, on-site role with a comprehensive benefits package and a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Current RN License in state of practice.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• Unit specific certification such as ACLS or PALS as required.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• RNs with less than 12 months of RN experience must obtain BSN within four years of start date.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with patient/family involvement.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to support education, referrals, and follow-up.
• Direct and delegate care to ensure timely and efficient patient delivery.
• Document care accurately and uphold professional licensure standards.
