Job summary

Diversity Group in Salisbury, NC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (Wound Care) to provide and supervise wound management across clinical practice settings. You will oversee care plans, coordinate with the care team, and ensure adherence to wound care protocols.

The role requires licensure as an RN, English proficiency, and a background in wound care. You will participate in ongoing education, quality improvement, and patient outcome optimization.

Qualifications

• English proficiency required for direct patient care.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ACEN/CCNE).
• Current, full, active RN license in US (or eligible for VA guidelines).
• Foreign education evaluation may be required for non-US graduates.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent, evidence-based care to patients and oversee LVNs/NA as appropriate.
• Administer medications and procedures per policies.
• Identify and implement preventive wound care measures and monitor results.
• Educate staff and support wound care knowledge and skills.
• Lead nursing education, orientation, competencies, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Assess resources, ensure safe environment, and manage data for outcomes.
• Evaluate resources and therapies for wound assessment and management.
• Apply clinical judgment to planning and evaluating outcomes.
