Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse provides evaluation of and direct care for inpatient wounds. The RN communicates with physicians, charge nurses, and co-workers regarding changes in the patient’s treatment and clinical condition, including diagnostic results. The RN responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.

Qualifications

Education, Experience, Training

  • Current and valid RN license issued by the state.
  • BCLS (AHA) upon hire and maintained current.
  • Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.
  • Previous Wound care knowledge and/or experience (1 Year) preferred.
  • Wound Care Certification within first year of hire.
  • Wound, Ostomy, Continence (WOC) Certification preferred.

Resurrection Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, 401K, medical/dental/vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and voluntary benefits. Estimated total compensation ranges from $35.35 to $53.58 per hour, with exact offers determined based on various factors.
