The Registered Nurse provides evaluation of and direct care for inpatient wounds. The RN communicates with physicians, charge nurses, and co-workers regarding changes in the patient’s treatment and clinical condition, including diagnostic results. The RN responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
