Select Medical's Select Specialty Hospital - Boardman in Youngstown, OH is hiring a Wound Care Nurse (RN) for a Full-Time, Day shift. Compensation ranges from $34.69 to $46.00 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• AD (Associate's degree in Nursing) required.
• One (1) year of related nursing experience.
• Valid State RN License.
• Must complete wound care training within 90 days in the role.

Responsibilities

• Preserving the integrity of the skin by implementing and monitoring skin preservation strategies.
• Organizing multidisciplinary wound and skin rounds on a weekly basis for high risk patients and patients with current pressure ulcers and other significant wounds.
• Providing hands-on wound care for difficult and non-healing wounds.
• Serving as a resource to hospital staff on all issues related to wound and skin care.
• Ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
