Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to Wound Care Center patients and manage intake/discharge per standards.
• Assist in vein clinic after training; may serve as Case Manager for a patient group.
• Perform initial nursing assessment, document care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement, educate patients/caregivers, act as patient advocate.
• Perform HBO duties after hyperbaric training; possible safety director duties.
• Collaborate with healthcare team; may serve as scribe per policy; perform other duties.
