Job summary

Courtland Rehab and Healthcare Center is hiring an RN Wound Care Nurse to provide expert wound care and nursing oversight for residents. The role includes obtaining treatment orders, adjusting regimens per policy, and supervising staff to ensure high-quality care.

The ideal candidate will have a nursing degree, active RN/LPN license, CPR certification, and a focus on wound prevention and pressure ulcer management. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Currently licensed as RN or LPN in the state.
• Wound care and CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound care and related nursing treatments as ordered.
• Supervise CNAs and ensure adherence to care plans.
• Administer medications within scope of practice and document accordingly.
• Monitor skin integrity, perform head-to-toe assessments, and update care plans.
