Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate patient care.

• Execute physician orders and supervise nursing interventions.
• Document medical necessity accurately in the patient record.
• Contribute to the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Perform timely nursing quality improvement assessments.
