Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive skin and wound assessments.
• Monitor pressure injuries and wound progress.
• Perform wound treatments and dressing changes.
• Document wounds and track progress.
• Educate staff and CNAs on skin integrity and prevention.
• Participate in wound rounds and QA activities.
• Assist with survey readiness related to wound care.
• Coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary team.
