Job summary

Hillcrest Healthcare System in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Inpatient Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) for a day shift, full-time position. You will assess and plan patient care, collaborate across teams, and ensure high standards of wound care management in a busy hospital setting.

The role requires completion of a state-approved RN program, an Oklahoma RN license, and BLS certification obtainable within 14 days of hire. Wound care experience and WCON certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of a state approved Registered Nurse Program.
• Valid State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care under supervision of the Coordinator.
• Uphold patient voice, policies, and service-excellence goals in a shared governance environment.
• Partner in care to anticipate and meet patient, family, and significant other needs
