Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) who is wound certified to join our day shift team. You will provide direct patient care, perform wound assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a high-quality correctional health setting.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active RN license in the state, and CPR certification. A minimum of one year of clinic experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer a minimum of one year clinic experience.
• Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• CPR certification is required.

Aufgaben

• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs.
• Administer medications and assist with diagnostic tests and minor procedures as needed.
• Count controlled substances and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Document nursing encounters using the SOAP form of charting and attend mandatory staff meetings and training.
• Communicate information to nursing staff, physician, health care unit supervisory personnel or other staff as necessary.
