Community Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse for wound care at the Community Hospital North clinic in Indianapolis, IN. The role focuses on managing patients with non-healing wounds, performing intake assessments, care planning and dressing changes in a cost-efficient, high-quality manner.

The RN will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes, while upholding professional standards and the Nurse Practice Act.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstration of performance consistent with professional standards of practice, the Nurse Practice Act and the CHN mission and goals.
• Demonstrated collaboration, delegation, negotiation and resource management skills.
• Graduate of NLN/CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA accredited nursing program, or three years of related nursing experience.
• RN licensed in Indiana per Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).

Aufgaben

• Care for patients in wounds older than 30 days not healing properly.
• Perform intakes (initial assessments) and discharges, provide instructions and dressings.
• Direct care to wound care patients within the Community Hospital North clinic setting.
