Riverview Health in Noblesville, IN seeks a Wound Care Registered Nurse to provide advanced wound care in collaboration with the care team. The RN assesses wounds and implements care plans aimed at optimal healing outcomes.

As part of the wound care team, you will educate patients and families, document all findings, and support discharge planning to ensure continuity of care post-hospitalization. Indiana RN licensure and BLS are required.

Formación

• Minimum: Associate of Science from an accredited school of Nursing
• Preferred: Bachelor of Science from an accredited school of nursing

Responsabilidades

• Assess wounds and monitor healing progress.
• Carry out wound/ostomy/continence treatment plans.
• Explain procedures and medications to patients and family; tailor teaching.
• Assist providers with treatments and procedures as needed.
• Monitor for adverse reactions; manage drug effects.
• Document findings, plans, and discharge details accurately.
• Delegate tasks to teammates to meet patient care needs.
• Contribute to discharge planning for continuity of care.
• Other duties as assigned.
