Requirements:

• Current, unencumbered RN license in this state
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Two years of supervisory experience in healthcare preferred, with at least six months in rehabilitative and restorative nursing
• Knowledge of nursing practices, laws, regulations, and guidelines
• Leadership and supervisory skills
• Ability to plan, organize, and implement quality care programs
• Successful completion of background check and drug screen

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive wound assessments and develop care plans
• Educate residents, families, and staff on wound management and prevention
• Provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing staff and CNAs/GNAs
• Ensure compliance with all standards and regulations to maintain high-quality care
