Job summary

Immaculate Mary Center is seeking a Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) to develop and lead a comprehensive wound care program within our facility. You will guide clinical staff in wound assessment, documentation, and protocol adherence.

The ideal candidate has an active Pennsylvania RN license, a Wound Care Certification, and a track record in wound care management. Join our team to support resident health and quality of care in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing is required.
• RN License in the State of Pennsylvania is required.
• Wound Care Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements a comprehensive Wound Care program in the facility which includes; care protocol, documentation process, and Wound Care formulary
• Directs clinical staff in assessing wounds and following the proper documentation process every step of the way
• Provides accurate assessments and numbers to the DON on a weekly basis for reporting
• Conducts on-going survey using Center of Disease Control (CDC) infection criteria, documentation, and investigation of acquired infections
• Performs other related job duties as required
