Job summary

AVIR Health Group seeks a qualified Wound Care Registered Nurse to join our family and patient-centered team in Texas. The RN will maintain skin integrity, administer physician-prescribed treatments, and document care accurately according to professional standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year in wound care in hospital, SNF, or related healthcare program.

• Knowledge of LTC operating standards per Federal Register and state regs.

Qualifications for Wound Care Nurse:

• Valid Texas Nurse License.

• Valid CPR Certification.

• Minimum of one year of experience in a wound care capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program.

• Education, training, experience, or certification in infection control and prevention.

• Must possess knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
