Job summary

AVIR Health Group in Texas is seeking a qualified Wound Care Nurse to join our family-focused team. You will maintain skin integrity, administer physician-prescribed treatments, and ensure accurate documentation in line with professional standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of wound care experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program.
• Education, training, experience, or certification in infection control and prevention.
• Must possess knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
